- I work with MemoQ which means I can export bilingual files for you to work with using the tool of your choice.
- I prefer to work with the same technical translators for particular customers to enable us all to become familiar with the customers’ preferred terminology and develop our technical knowledge of the products together.
- The majority of my customers are in the medical or weighing fields or require technical translations. I believe that by specialising in particular areas, I can offer my customers the best level of service.
- I pay on or before 30 days and provide remittance advice to let you know the payment details.
- With some customers I receive feedback from their in-country representatives which I endeavour to pass back to you for future reference.
- I am always available to answer any queries, no matter how small and if I cannot provide an answer myself, I will contact the customer for more information.
In return,
- I expect honesty in estimating timescales and deciding whether the work is within your scope of expertise;
- I expect reliability in delivering on time;
- I expect attention to detail in both the translation and returning the file in the format required so that I can process the file quickly and accurately.
